6.3 Possessive pronouns

Forms: mine, yours, his, hers, ours, theirs.

In English we do not use the with personal pronouns, e.g.:

This book is mine and that one is yours. (Este libro es el mío y aquél es el tuyo.)

Speaking of cars, is hers bigger than ours? (Hablando de coches, ¿el suyo es más grande que el nuestro?)

Some friends of mine have gone to Morocco. (Algunos amigos míos han ido a Marruecos.)
