9.5 Conditionals

Like Catalan, English has four basic types of conditional sentences, which consist of two parts: a main clause and a conditional clause.

1. For conditionals like:

If he's hungry, he makes a sandwich.

2. For conditionals like:

If he comes, I'll help him

3. For conditionals like:

If today was Sunday, I would be at home.
