We use the future perfect to emphasise that has been done before a certain point in the future, e.g.:
| We'll have finished before 6 o'clock. (Habremos acabado antes de las 6.) |
| By the time you arrive, they'll have prepared all the rooms. (Para cuando lleguéis, habrán preparado todas las habitaciones.) |
