6.5 Demonstratives

English demonstratives are this, that (singular), these and those (plural), e.g.:

this book (aquest llibre)

those stars (aquelles estrelles)

This is my sister. (Aquesta és la meva germana.)

Those are very bright stars. (Aquelles són estrelles molt brillants.)
