Forms: my, your, his, her, its, our, their.
In general we use possessive adjectives as in Catalan, but without the definite article, e.g.:

![]() | your house (casa vostra) |
Notice, however, that English uses possessive adjectives in the following way, e.g.:
![]() | I'll go and brush my teeth. (Vaig a rentar-me les dents.) |
![]() | Sally has hurt her hand. (La Sally s'ha fet mal a la mà.) |
![]() | Do you have trouble with your stomach? (Tens problemes amb l'estómac?) |
In a formal style you will find one's (corresponding to ‘‘one’’), e.g.:
